General de la Sociedad Española de Briología 2023
La Asamblea General de la Sociedad se celebrará el lunes 6 de
noviembre de 2023 a las 17:45 en primera convocatoria y 18:00 en
segunda convocatoria (hora peninsular) por videoconferencia. El
enlace para para poder acceder a la videoconferencia se les hará
llegar vía correo electrónico. Todas aquellas personas que deseen
asistir o tener participación y acceso al enlace ZOOM deben
ser socios activos de la SEB.
Los socios que no hayan recibido el enlace Blackboard que se pongan en contacto con la secretaría (secretaria.seb@briologia.es).
Se puede consultar las actas de la asamblea anterior para su aprobación en la asamblea.
ORDEN DEL DÍA
1- Lectura y aprobación si procede, del acta de la asamblea anterior.
2- Informe del presidente.
3- Informe de la tesorera.
4- Informe de la comisión para el Boletín digital sobre nuevo formato, secciones e imagen corporativa.
5- Informe del vicepresidente sobre novedades desde la Junta de la SEBOT, relacionadas con grupos de trabajo y el IBC 2024.
6- Informe sobre iniciativas relacionadas con la conservación de briófitos: Grupo Nacional de Especialistas en Especies y nueva incorporación al Comité Científico del MITECO.
7- Renovación de los cargos de Tesorera y Vicepresidente.
8- Ruegos y preguntas.
Como veis, el orden del día incluye la renovación de dos cargos de la Junta, por lo que se ruega encarecidamente la presentación de candidatos. Para el cargo de Vicepresidente tenemos previsto proponer a la asamblea la rotación de los cargos del trío Presidencia-Vicepresidencia-Secretaría, pero para el puesto de Tesorero/a no tenemos alternativa todavía. Mayte se ha prestado generosamente a apoyar en todo lo que haga falta al nuevo cargo, pero los estatutos nos exigen el cambio de titular. Os animamos a todos a dar un pequeño paso al frente.
También es importante que los que no podáis asistir deleguéis el voto por escrito en otro miembro para no tener problemas de quórum, ya que hay varios asuntos que aprobar. Enviad, por favor, la delegación del voto a (secretaria.seb@briologia.es).
En los próximos días os iremos enviado documentación relativa a los temas mencionados en el orden del día para que la asamblea sea lo más ágil posible.

Spanish Bryological Society General Assembly 2023
The General Assembly of the Society will be held on Monday 6 November at 17:45 on first call and 18:00 on second call (peninsular time) by videoconference. The link to access the videoconference will be sent to you by e-mail. All those who wish to attend or have participation must be active members of SEB. Minutes of the last assembly to be approved can be downloaded here.
Members who have not received the ZOOM link should put in contact with the secretariat (secretaria.seb@briologia.es).
AGENDA
1- Reading and approval of last assembly minutes.
2- President’s report.
3- Treasurer's report.
4- Report from the digital newsletter committee on new format, sections and corporate image.
5- Report from the vice-president on developments from the SEBOT Board, related to working groups and IBC 2024.
6- Report on initiatives related to bryophyte conservation: National Species Specialist Group and new addition to the MITECO Scientific Committee.
7- Renewal of the positions of Treasurer and Vice-President.
8- Questions and answers
As you can see, the agenda includes the renewal of two positions on the Board, so candidates are strongly encouraged to come forward. For the position of Vice-President we plan to propose to the assembly the rotation of the positions of the trio Presidency-Vice-Presidency-Secretary, but for the position of Treasurer we have no alternative yet. Mayte has generously lent her support to the new position, but the statutes require us to change the holder. We encourage you all to take a small step forward.
It is also important that those of you who are unable to attend delegate your vote in writing to another member so that we do not have quorum problems, as there are several issues to approve. Please send your delegation of vote to (secretaria.seb@briologia.es).
In the next few days, we will be sending you documentation relating to the items mentioned in the agenda so that the assembly can be as smooth as possible.
